This course is key to understanding the fundamental movements used in our every day functional fitness classes. This is a 4 day course where you will learn the lingo, movements, lifts and participate in a full body workout. We want you to feel comfortable, safe and confident before walking into your first CrossFit class.
Everyday Group Classes.
Our Crossfit group class is for EVERYONE! We are provide high level CrossFit principles, but we also incorporate weight lifting, functional body building, plyometrics, gymnastics and accessory work to our every day programming. If you are a beginner, we do require you to complete the Fundamentals Course first.
Available to all members.
The Kettlebell class is a full-body workout driven by Kettlebells and body weight movements in a group setting! Our Kettlebell Class is designed to combine power, strength and stamina during a 1-hour instructor lead class. Our Kettlebell Class is on Saturday’s at 9:00AM. Come join us!
1-on-1 with a coach.
At CrossFit Twin Cities we offer 30-min and 1-hour one-on-one training sessions. This is perfect for someone who wants individual attention, would like to work on specific movements or attain specific goals with a more focused approach. Are you looking to work that barbell more? The Barbell Club is designed to work and improve classic Olympic Lifts such as movements like the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Our Barbell Club meets for 1-hour at 6:30PM on Monday, Wednesday & Friday’s. This is available to all members. Just some text. Just some text. Just some text.
