Gymnastics for the CrossFit Open

Come learn the basic progressions necessary to master the most common movements seen in the CrossFit Open.

Coach Jenni will guide you through the steps from the basic positions to the most complex movements. You will leave with a good idea of where you are as well as what you need to do to get to the next level!
