Corporate Wellness Programs

You care about your employees. Our Corporate Wellness Programs are designed to make it easy to select a program that will provide them with opportunities to improve their health and fitness. Their success will impact your company’s bottom line.

Why a Corporate Wellness Program?

  • Employees who are healthy and active are a company’s greatest asset
  • Over half of all employees have poor nutrition, are not exercising, have high stress levels and high cholesterol
  • Physically inactive employees are absent 118% more than active employees
  • Extensive studies have shown that exercise helps employees achieve higher mental concentration, feel more alert, and improves reaction time, memory and decision-making ability. Participants enjoy work more than non-participants and it boosts their morale.
  • Exercise induces sounder sleep and employees handle stress better
  • Unhealthy employees have higher health care costs. The American Journal of Health Promotion found that physically active employees are $391 less expensive than inactive workers each year.

Why Choose CrossFit Twin Cities?

We believe employees should own a gym membership and actually use it. Training should improve life outside of the gym. Habits formed through training should make people better versions of themselves: better mothers, fathers, workers, friends…

Our program offers a range of different movements from weightlifting to gymnastics, from running and rowing, to tire flipping and rope climbs. We bring the results and the FUN back into their workouts.

Our focus is on bringing the highest quality strength and conditioning training to everyone. From complete beginners to the serious athlete, our goal is maximizing your employee’s progress and providing life-changing results. We offer top-quality coaching, beyond what other facilities are capable of.

Your employees will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with our coaches to ensure that the workouts are scaled to their ability. We work to ensure their progress while greatly reducing the likelihood of injury.

There is no obligation. Once we receive your information, you will promptly receive a callback.

Step 2:

Step 3:

Promote the program – Promoting your wellness program is important, both to make employees aware of the program and to motivate them to participate. CrossFit Twin Cities can assist you with your promotion efforts, including custom-designed posters and flyers. We will also conduct private group on-boarding/training and answer any questions your employees may have.

Step 4:

Offer incentives – Most people want to be more active, but they lack the motivation to do so. Incentive programs can make all the difference. Simple merchandise awards—ie, gift cards, and entertainment vouchers—can increase participation in your wellness program.
