Joe is highly experienced and passionate about CrossFit and maximizing human potential, especially when it comes to the members of CrossFit Twin Cities. Joe has an athletic background in Taekwondo; he was captain of the University of Iowa Taekwondo Competition Team in 2000 and 2001. He brings his coaching and leadership skills to CrossFit Twin Cities with the goal of helping people realize that many of their limitations are self-imposed and see them gain a confidence through fitness that translates into real, everyday life.

Caleb is a former Army soldier who was introduced to CrossFit by a fellow soldier in 2012. He was hooked from the beginning and now seeks to help others make progress on their personal fitness journeys.

Heidi is one of CrossFit Twin Cities’ in-house Boot Camp specialists! She was a runner before finding CrossFit, but as someone with a scientific mind, she was impressed by and understood the CrossFit methodology from the beginning. She is passionate about helping others realize their full potential in health and fitness.

Cody pursued coaching as a way to help others and to fulfill his desire to learn more about the science of programming workouts. Coaching and leading became a part of his passion for fitness. Cody is constantly seeking to improve his personal fitness as well as helping others break through their barriers to maximize their potential.

Tonya joined CFTC in 2012. Her fascination with anatomic structure and function, passion for weightlifting, and enjoyment of helping others maximize their strength safely led her to join the coaching staff in 2014.
